Project description and instructions
This repository contains all the input files to reproduce the cryo-EM EMMIVOX ensembles of human glutamine synthetase in decamer and filament form, as well as the final refined single-structure models. Calculations were performed with GROMACS v2021.5 and the development version of PLUMED.
